Seriously though, the Bullworker is a great exercise machine and I seriously miss this online business: I genuinely believe this little exercise device works well and it has an active and passionate fan base. The forums were always active and I met some really nice folks online. I just found a bunch of old scans of vintage bullworker wallcharts.

Hello Friends, I have question on the bullworker classic workout regime plan. I have seen the videos and charts online but I am confused on the repetition part. Do we do total body workout days a week? The other question here would be if we decide to do one part of the body a day then we have very less exercises for chest maybe so would that be enough to build a great physic? Please advise.
